Why leaving feedback for your cleaning service is important

HAPPY NEW YEAR friends and family. We are so excited 2020 is finally here. We have made some really great changes to our systems. The most important one being the way you provide feedback for your service. It's so much easier and faster than before
OVERVIEW IN 5 SECONDS OR LESS
24 hours after your service has been completed you will receive a email asking you to rate your clean. Rating Emails are automatically sent to collect feedback from every customer on their service. The feedback will be linked to the assigned Team member who completed your service allowing you to provide feedback on their strengths and areas for improvement.
HOW IT WORKS
For every booking the system will send an email and/or text message the day after your booking is completed. The email will allow you to click on a link to show how happy you are with the Service. Then your takin to our site where you can provide additional comments about the Service if needed.
Here are the rules:
– You have 7 days from the service date to rate it.
– Once the booking is already rated you then have 1 day from the date when your booking was rated to change the rating.
WHY RATING YOUR CLEAN IS IMPORTANT
Your opinion Is extremely important to us. Customer feedback helps us to improve on our product and service. It also allows us to get a better understanding of what you need.
Our checklist does a great job at giving a general overview of what needs to be done but if you want the tassels on your carpet combed well we would love to know. Your happiness is important to us and we want to ensure everyone is 100% satisfied.
